Brightspace/D2L Course Content Support

Overview

The SUNY Schenectady ITS department provides support for Brightspace/D2L account access, login issues, and course visibility concerns. However, our department does not manage course content or instructional materials within Brightspace.

Issue

If you are experiencing issues related to course content within Brightspace/D2L, such as:

  • Assignments
  • Quizzes or exams
  • Grades
  • Discussion boards
  • Course materials
  • Instructor-created content
  • Course settings

These items are not managed by the IT Help Desk. 

Resolution

For assistance with course content or instructional issues, please contact your instructor directly or submit a SUNY Online Support ticket.

The SUNY Online Support team can assist with issues related to course materials, assignments, quizzes, grading, and other instructional content within Brightspace.
