Scheduling a Meeting in Outlook (Web)

Overview

Outlook on the web allows you to schedule meetings, invite attendees, reserve meeting rooms, and automatically generate a Microsoft Teams meeting link if needed.

Solution

Open a web browser (Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Firefox, or Safari).

Navigate to https://outlook.office365.com/mail/. Sign in with your SUNY SCCC account.

Select Calendar from the navigation pane (left of screen)

Choose New Event to create a new meeting.

Enter a meeting title, choose the meeting date and time, invite attendees, and select a room if one is needed.

NOTE: If you are creating a Microsoft Teams meeting, select the Teams meeting option.

Review the meeting details, then click Save to send the invitation to your attendees.
