- Go to https://www.office.com.
- Sign in with your Microsoft 365 account.

This same process can be used for any other Microsoft applications, like Excel or PowerPoint.
How Documents Are Saved
- Office for the web automatically saves your work as you type.
- Documents are stored in OneDrive, Microsoft's cloud storage service.
- You do not need to click Save repeatedly; changes are saved automatically.
Finding Your Documents Later
- Return to office.com and sign in.
- Click OneDrive>My Files.
- The files you have created and editing through the Microsoft Office web client will appear in the list.
- Click any file to reopen and continue editing.
NOTE: If files are stored locally on your computer, they will not appear on the web unless you upload them into OneDrive.
