Microsoft Password Reset for New and Current Accounts

Instructions for new account holders and current account holders to reset their SUNY SCCC Microsoft account password.

In December 2024, IT implemented changes to populate Microsoft with a personal email/personal telephone if the data was put into Banner. This allows new accounts and current accounts to quickly click on a "can't access account" feature in Microsoft that lets them set (for new users) or reset (for current users) their campus system password. This article shows how to do this.
