How to Submit an IT Helpdesk Ticket

Overview

To submit an IT HelpDesk ticket using TeamDynamix, follow these steps:

  1. Access the SUNY SCCC TeamDynamix Client Portal

    • Start by navigating to the SUNY SCCC TeamDynamix landing page.

  2. Browse the Catalog

    • On the landing page, choose the "Browse our Service Catalog" button. This will direct you to the catalog of available IT services.

  3. Select "IT HelpDesk"

    • Under the Categories section, locate and click on the "IT HelpDesk" link. This action will take you to a service page with multiple IT HelpDesk options.

  4. Choose and Fill Out the "Basic IT Request" Form

    • Once on the IT HelpDesk page, you may see several services listed. Click on the "Basic IT Request" option and carefully complete the form with all the necessary details. Be as specific as possible to ensure your request is routed to the correct IT team.

      • Tip: Be precise in selecting the category that best describes your issue. The more accurate you are, the quicker your request will be addressed by the relevant team.

  5. Submit the Ticket

    • After completing the form with all required information and selecting the correct category, click the Request Service button to submit your IT Helpdesk ticket.
